Artis Sheila Marcia
Well known and popular artist Sheila Marcia was caught up by police for consuming narcotic in an apartment in Jakarta. She had to face court trial for the case. Last December 2008, the cout of justice of Jakarta had finally sentenced her for one year imprisonment, after a-two month court proceedings and after the judges were convinced that she was guilty of the offence.
Several of her friends and her assistance were presented at the court as witnesses that convinced of her act of consuming narcotics.
This will be a lesson for other artist not to consume narcotics in Indonesia, because narcotics are illegal drugs according to the Indonesia law.
